The 2nd Annual Build to Rent Forum taking place in Sydney from 16-17 September 2019 will bring together the key players in the BTR sector, including developers, investors, architects and construction firms.
During this two-day conference we will explore how to drive financing and investment in the sector, incorporate principles of best practice in the design and construction phases and successfully deliver and manage BTR projects.
The built-to-rent market in Australia is one that has significant potential to grow but also key challenges to overcome in order to provide viable returns for investors, help alleviate the shortage in affordable housing and provide tenants greater certainty in the long-term rental market.
